The Monroe Courier is a weekly newspaper, established in 1962 to provide the residents of Monroe, Conn. with relevant news, opinions and advertisements.
Today, The Courier is a hyper-local publication, covering the town’s government, schools, nonprofits, businesses and locally-based organizations.
Fueled by a passion to serve the Monroe community, the paper additionally highlights residents’ accomplishments and ambitions through human interest stories covering a wide array of personalities and topics.
